About the role

Would you like to be part of a fast paced, fun, friendly and dynamic team? Our admin function is now expanding and we are looking for a full time member of our team.

If you are passionate about processes, have great attention to detail and enjoy being part of a fast paced team- this role could be perfect for you!

SCBM Services is a business management consultancy specialising in the education sector. The consultancy also supports the Werton Nursery Group, owned by the same Directors.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Customer support
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing deliveries
  • Supporting our recruitment process
  • Answering calls and emails
  • Filing client records
  • Generally assisting the day-to-day running of our office.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-oriented approach.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and data entry.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.
